question from a user

I’m currently with Blokes and just on enclo. I’m thinking about switching to injectable test. The problem with Blokes is if I need help (say E2 is too high) I take the blood test, then I have to wait a couple weeks to meet a provider, then it takes two to three weeks to get the anastrozole. A month and a half later, I begin to address the problem. That was nuts. With AlphaMD, can I talk to somebody who can help me more quickly than that? I’m pretty low needs, but I’d gladly pay extra to get somebody promptly when I need them.

Injectable testosterone does have it's benefits over Enclomiphene, namely IGF-1 production is restricted & you'll get more physical benefits out of the same on-paper Testosterone value.

In terms of working with us & making medication changes or dealing with side effects, we're likely much easier to engage with. Small protocol adjustments can often happen without a visit needed. In your example of E2, the provider overseeing your care would likely be able to simply add an AI to your regimen without a visit needed, since your labs are on file, if you could describe your symptoms. If prescribed, it would typically be placed that week & added to your ongoing medications. You can also schedule a secondary follow-up via your member contact if you wanted to chat first, which generally has within 7 day or sooner availability.
