Simple math would say you convert 1mg of exogenous testosterone into 11.2ng/dL of total testosterone (average is 6-7).
Shooting for a level of 900 total T, if that conversion rate holds, a dose around 80mg/wk is the kind of adjustment the provider overseeing your care might consider in a case like yours.
