What are the preferred numbers you would want to see your client achieve after getting on TRT?

There's no single target number for testosterone. Some men feel best with levels between 650-700. Others feel best with levels over 1400 ng/dL. So really, the provider overseeing your care bases dosing on your individual results and how well that dose resolves your low T symptoms.

As is true with any medicine, higher doses come with greater risk of side effects. That being said, most men on TRT report feeling best with levels between 850-1000 ng/dL
