Tips for a Smooth Upload

  • Use clear filenames (e.g., CBC_Labs_2025-07-12.pdf) so your clinician can find things quickly.
  • Combine pages before uploading if you have multi-page results (PDF works well).
  • If an upload fails, try a stable internet connection, ensure the file is in a common format (e.g., PDF or image), and check the file size.
  • Need to add context? Include a short description during upload (e.g., where the labs were done, test date).
