If I tested hypogonadal and started self treating, would I be able to be a candidate without coming off testosterone in between?

Through AlphaMD, yes. A lot of guys come to the platform after starting on UGLs & wanting to move to a legit source. A licensed provider would really prefer if you had some pre-trt testing done & could share it or verbally affirm it for their records, but the testing doesn't have to be recent if you're already on TRT. The provider overseeing your care wouldn't continue a crazy regimen if it didn't make sense though, and would ask to adjust it to something reasonable if it wasn't.
