“Best” is very subjective. But testosterone cypionate is about 70% testosterone. Testosterone propionate is closer to 84%. So about 42 mg of propionate gives the same total testosterone as 50 mg of cypionate. T propionate is usually dosed every other day, so the “best” dose (if best = average) for most men on T propionate is around 38-46 mg.
