About this role
This is a part time fully remote role for those who are interested in TRT with a background in healthcare administration. There will be significant flexibility in your schedule & will not currently include any direct phone communication with patients. Depending on willingness & aptitude to take on additional tasks, this can become afull-time role if desired.
Responsibilities
- Learn our approach to customer service & best practices for TRT, men’s health, HRT, and weight loss.
- Manage email correspondence, respond to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and prioritize tasks on behalf of team members.
- Recognize that every interaction or question from a potential patient is an opportunity to convert them to a member.
- Work together with providers, customer service representatives, and administrative members to ensure a smooth consistent experience for patients.
- Respond to incoming patient inquiries within 1-2 days.
- Respond or connect with team members virtually within 1 day.
- Expected weekly time commitment: 7-20 hours.
Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare terminology, customer service, & administrative tasks.
- Willingness and ability to learn the basic principles of TRT care, to answer common minor medical inquiries.
- Comfort with asynchronous communication & digital communication tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Be comfortable working remotely in a virtual team setting.
- Be comfortable with taking initiative based on company values when appropriate, without need for direct supervision.
